The well-being of our customers and staff members are always our top priority. CUPNOODLES MUSEUM implements a measured approach with health and safety protocols in place.
This includes mandatory COVID-19 testing for cast members involved in operation once every 14 days.
All customers are required to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their names, contact numbers, and date and time of visit before entering the premises.
Working Together to Enhance Health and Safety
1.Online Reservation
To avoid unnecessary contact, please reserve your workshop session(s) via the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM online Reservation System, to be more efficient, convenient and hygienic.

3.Health Declaration (subject to change depending on the development of COVID-19)
Customers may be required to fill out a health declaration form on arriving at the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM.
For the sake of safeguarding the health and safety of everyone, any persons under any of the following circumstances may NOT be admitted entry, until further notice:
· Have had COVID-19 symptom(s) in the past 14 days
· Under compulsory quarantine or medical surveillance order by the Department of Health of Hong Kong
· In close contact with any person of confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
4.Increased Cleaning and Sanitisation
Throughout the MUSEUM in high-touch locations, we have increased cleaning and sanitisation. Air conditioning systems are regularly cleaned to ensure constant circulation of fresh air indoor.
5.Mandatory Mask Wearing
All customers are required to wear a face mask during their visit, until further notice.
6.Temperature Screening
Every customer will undergo a temperature screening upon arrival. For everyone’s health and well-being, any guest screened with a high temperature will not be admitted.
