The worlds first instant noodle was invented by Nissin Foods founder Mr. Momofuku Ando in 1958 and was officially launched on 25 August of that year. To celebrate the birth of instant noodles, CUPNOODLES MUSEUM Hong Kong (the Museum) is launching a variety of birthday activities in August. These events include the launch of an exclusive Nissin Hiyoko-chan fish cake as a new ingredient of choice for a limited time in the My CUPNOODLES Factory, surprise appearances by Ching Chai and Nissin Hiyoko-chan, special offers during Instant Noodles Birthday Week, as well as "Nissin Friday BUY & TRY" on every Friday with fantastic offers on the Noodle and Light Food!
